Appointment & Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments at Summer Sheen®.

Your card information is securely stored through Vagaro and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or violation of our cancellation policy. Payment for your service is collected at your appointment using your preferred payment method.

Why We Have This Policy

Each spray tan appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointments often book 3–60 days in advance and require preparation before your arrival, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice make it difficult to accommodate other clients.

Summer Sheen is our full-time business, and we value both your time and ours. To be fair to all clients, we are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy.

If your schedule is unpredictable, we're always happy to help whenever possible. Feel free to text or call 858.263.1663 a day or two before—or even the day of—your preferred appointment to check for availability.

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours' notice: No charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged.
• No-call, no-show: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged.
• Summer Sheen Members: Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of one membership session.
